i just entered the "crush on big time rush" contest
Would you like to know why? I just entered the contest because the grand prize is a trip for four to meet Big Time Rush at an exclusive event. My youngest sister Zoe would like to win more than anything in the world, and I more than anything in the world, like to see Zoe happy. I entered the contest in my name to increase Zoe’s chances. We each were required to write a 100-word essay.
This was her essay:
Big Time Rush is the funniest band ever! I love their music, and they are all so cute (especially James)! Their music inspires me to get up and dance. “If I Ruled the World” is my favorite song. And if I did rule the world, I’d have Big Time Rush perform at my backyard party, then we’d all kick back and relax with Orange Crush. I have a big crush on Big Time Rush. I dream of seeing them in concert. If I get to see them in concert, I will be the happiest, luckiest person in the world.

I am entering this contest for one reason. My youngest sister Zoe’s name means “life”. She is my everything, and I would do anything for her. “Anything” includes placing my pride to the side and admitting that each of the members of a band targeted at pre-teen girls are actually hot. It includes entering a contest so that if by some miracle, I win, I can take Zoe with me to meet Big Time Rush. Zoe has the biggest crush on BTR and deserves more to meet them more than any other person I know. Additionally, Orange Crush FTW.

78) Can insanity bring on more creativity?
Absolutely. History yields enough examples (Van Gogh, Picasso, Kafka, Poe, etc.) to make this apparent. I think that art offers the disturbed a way of coping with the terrors that distract them and an opportunity to translate them into works of beauty. The insane can do this without inhibitions because they lack certain receptors to direct thought. Plus, art is so highly personal and allows those who cannot otherwise express themselves a completely individual way to do so.

I try not to focus too much on “what if”. It’s a question that gets old fast for me.

I believe in magic in a young girl’s heart.
